Dr. Alex Kallio, BS, DC, CAMS, DN1
About
Dr. Alex Kallio is a Nebraska native born and raised in a small farming community north of Fremont. He attended the University of South Dakota in Vermillion studying Human Biology. Following undergraduate school he attended Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, Minnesota and earned the Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1999 to go along with his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology. He lives in Lincoln with his wife Jennifer, and daughters Maya, Elayna, and Maggie. As a former athlete, marathoner and triathlete; Dr. Kallio is passionate about educating the Lincoln community about the benefits of proper exercise, a sensible diet, and natural chiropractic care.
Dr. Kallio has lectured nationally on health and wellness topics for many years. Along with full time practice he also is a consultant and speaker for Kats Consultants, a chiropractic business management company. Routinely speaking to large groups both in chiropractic and within the Lincoln business community wtih entertaining and dynamic presentations on health, wellness, and business management topics.
Dr. Kallio's passions lie in working with families and athletes of all ages. Receiving advanced certifications as an Advanced Movement Specialist and Dry Needling Level 1 he combines these specialties along with chiropractic to treat many conditions.
