Dry Needling
Dry Needling is the art of placing acupuncture/filament needles into target muscle tissue. It is called "dry" needling as a needle is inserted without injecting anything into the tissue such as a steroid or other medication. Dry needling is an effective technique to treat many muscular conditions and injuries. Benefits of dry needling include reducing pain, improving mobility, reducing need for pain medication, and facilitating tissue repair after an injury such as reducing inflammation in conditions like tendonitis. Another benefit of dry needling is it can target deeper muscles than massage or even instrument assisted soft tissue techniques such as graston. While many people have a fear of needles most people who receive dry needling report very little discomfort with the procedure and many benefits after.

Disc Decompression
This outstanding treatment reduces and treats bulging, herniated or protruding discs. It is also great at treating joint compressive syndromes and stenosis.
